Case of the week 9

This week's case is an enhanced CT of the chest in a 67 year old male who underwent imaging at an outside facility for adenocarcinoma of unknown primary identified in the abdomen. This exam was submitted for reinterpretation. The outside impression was "No evidence of metastatic disease".
