This week's case is a routine enhanced CT exam in a 60 year old female performed to evaluate back pain.
The first image shows an axial image of the liver with a lesion in the left hepatic lobe. This lesion is also shown in the coronal and sagittal planes.
A review of the EMR shows that the patient does not have a history of liver disease or cancer.
